Magellan knows how hard it is to get control of your career. Our Career Compass process, explained in detail in our book Living Your Best Career, lays out how to approach a career on a long-term basis. We offer an easy way to shift the paradigm from Jobs to Careers uniquely for each individual. Simply put: jobs solve a company’s problems while your career is an opportunity you have to solve.

Both are important, but Job Selection criteria are different than career selection criteria.
